Math Paper Press

Math Paper Press, by Books Actually, is a beautiful small press publishing new wave novellas,  poetry, and essays. They have been working with graphic design firm Sarah and Schooling to put out a tidal wave of attractively designed titles. Many of the books below will be launched at the Singapore Writers Festival.

SP: What is your biggest hope, as a publisher of fine Singapore literature, for this Singapore Writers Festival?

Kenny Leck: “The world is our Oyster. A speck of dirt Singapore Literature is, for now. We will, one day, grow into a luminescent pearl in the literary world. This is my biggest hope.”

About Jee Leong Koh

My book of poems Steep Tea (Carcanet) was named a Best Book of 2015 by UK's Financial Times, and a Finalist by Lambda Literary. I also wrote three other books of poems and a book of zuihitsu. My work has been shortlisted for the Singapore Literature Prize, and translated into Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian and Latvian.
